I had my first experience using Patti Martinez as a Realtor about 20 years ago when I called in to her office inquiring about interviewing an agent to sell my home in Elk Grove. She came out to my house fully prepared with a written market analysis, statistics, comps, references, photographs and everything I needed in order to make an intelligent decision. Of all the agents I interviewed, there was no question that she was the most professional and the most prepared. She sold my house on acreage out in Elk Grove, and sold me another home in Land Park. Over the years I've used Patti to help me buy several other rental homes in the Land Park area as well. She also sold me a duplex in River Park. There's no question that she is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable and respected Realtors in the area. I always recommend her to anyone I hear of who is thinking of buying or selling.

After my mother passed away, I needed a good Realtor to sell her home on Marian Way in Land Park. On the occasions when my wife and I would come up to Sacramento to visit, we started asking friends and neighbors about who might be a good agent to help sell her home. Overwhelmingly, Patti's name was mentioned as a trustworthy, knowledgeable and hard working agent in the neighborhood. And she lived right in Land Park as well.
At the time, we had tenants in the property who were less than enthusiastic about cooperating. Patti did a wonderful job in acting as a great communicator and go-between so we could get the property on the market, allow it to be shown and get it sold. It was a breeze.....and we have Patti to thank for that! |

| My son owned a little home in the Brentwood Village area of Sacramento. He had recently lost his job after he was in an accident and he was unable to keep up with the payments. We were at our wits end as to whether to allow the home to go to foreclosure or to try to do a loan modification or short sale, and we really knew very little about what our options might be. After talking to a close friend about our dilemma, she recommended we call Patti to talk to her and ask her some questions. We did, and we were so glad we did. There were two loans on the property, fortunately through the same lender, so we opted to try to do a short sale. We worked closely with the bank, completing all of the paperwork and documentation they regularly required, and Patti took the listing and got the house on the market for sale. We quickly had an offer and Patti handled all of the communication with the bank and we closed this sale within 45 days of accepting the offer. Judging from horror stories we've heard about short sales, we are so grateful that this went through so smoothly. |

Patti did a wonderful job in selling my mother's home recently....my wife and I had to be out of the area, so everything was handled via email, Fed Ex and the telephone. We couldn't have asked for a more professional and smooth transaction. She handled every aspect perfectly and we couldn't have made a better choice in selecting her.
